Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and introduction to company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, on time.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR databases and filing systems.
Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and collaboration with managers and employees.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
