We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. The HR Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and HR knowledge to provide insights and recommendations that optimize HR strategies and initiatives. This role will involve analyzing HR metrics, identifying trends, developing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.  The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Key Job Responsibilities


  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources such as HRIS, performance evaluations, recruitment metrics, employee surveys, etc.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key HR metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to provide actionable recommendations for HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Partner with HR leaders to evaluate existing HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to HR processes, workflows, and systems to streamline operations and improve user experience.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leadership, department heads, project sponsors, and external vendors, to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate project status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders, addressing concerns and soliciting feedback as needed.
  • Create and deliver clear and effective communication plans to disseminate project information, updates, and training materials to relevant stakeholders and impacted employees.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of HR initiatives within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. 

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, project management or similar role, preferably within the HR domain.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
