• Functional Consultants are responsible for client interactions at various levels of business users and IT admins, conduct and drive Requirements gathering, Gap analysis, Documentation, user story creation and user story grooming, guide development teams in bespoke developments and configurations.
• Functional Consultants also perform business validations, support client in UAT and go-live

• About the team: 

  
  
• Lending Professional Services team offers end-to-end implementation services of FIS Commercial Loan Servicing Solution that supports Loan Servicing including syndications, participations, bilateral, Asset Based Lending, Letter of Credits, Guarantees, complex credit to name a few.  The solutions is hosted in a SaaS, private cloud or on-premises environment.
• The Functional Consultants team helps implement the product, manage change, and solve problems, which allows client organization to operate more efficiently and be and remain profitable.
• The team offer advice and expertise to client organizations to help them improve their business performance.
• Team comprises of techno functional skills focusing on Commercial Loan Servicing, Payments, PL/SQL, Reporting.

• What you will be doing:

  
  
• Plan Requirements workshops, Interact with client stakeholders.
• Conduct and drive Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Design functional solutions, prepare documents – FSD, TSD.
• Review Test Scenarios, perform business validations.
• Provide support during implementation to development teams, client teams.
• Participate and support in User Acceptance Testing, Go-Live preparations.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Support project managers, scrum masters in PI planning, estimations.
• Regular Status Reporting

• What you will need:

  
  
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 10+ yrs exp in Commercial Loan Servicing.
• Working experience on FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS) or similar is preferred.
• Experience in creating user requirements is preferred
• Strong writing skills and clear verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of database, especially with MS SQL
• Ability to work in an agile development environment with developers, testers, client teams together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.

• Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
