Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. Regular
* Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and ensure the team also follows the same
* Maintaining the uptime of the machine and line
* Carryout Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Break Down Maintenance and find the permanent measure for Breakdowns
* Adaption of systematic problem solving Techniques
* Establishing Spares monitoring for wear parts
* Should identify and initiate the preventive measures for all repetitive and major Breakdowns
* Tooling Management
* Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance and maintain history
* Should work on Continuous improvement in maintenance
* Should maintain 5S and Safety in his work place
* Work with CFT to address open issues
* Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing them
* Should work in 3- shift operation and holidays.
Periodic:
* Planning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts management
* Periodical review of Preventive Maintenance activities based on breakdowns
* Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities
* Quick Adaption of Change Management.Create Machine FMEA and review.
* Change potential points into CBM.
* Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.
* RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g.
Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )
* Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and containment / correction work on Predictive action.
* Should be able to work in any area of Maintenance.
Occasional:
* Optimization of resources Electrical power consumption, Pneumatic / Chilled water / Vacuum etc.
* Customer Complaint Problem Solving.
* Collaboration with other manufacturing location
* Supporting production through System & Point-CIPs.
* Support Cross functional teams (including support with issues on TA, yield, quality, delivery, cycle time, failure analysis.)
* Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML Predictive Maintenance, etc.
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics /Electrical
3 to 6 Years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in Electronics manufacturing industry.
