Job Description

Primary Responsibilities w.r.t role :


- Creating a communication concept (MES Interface) based on the process flow


- Specify the communication concept (event, trigger, transferred data, telegram content) & define MES specifications


- Verify and review the MES Interface developed from machine supplier


- Provide consultation to Suppliers & internal stakeholders on the defined MES specification & configuration.


- Commissioning of the MES Interface (often divided in pre-acceptance, final acceptance, pilot phase)


- creation of documents, participation in commissioning in cooperation core team


- Knowledge of Estimating work content


- Planning of own activities and team


- Driving of team and customers


Technical Skills :


- General understanding of OPCON XML/ Oracle database and C#


- knowledge and experience in MES, preferably Nexceed


- Functionality of the MES modules


- Basic understanding of Server configuration


- Basic understanding of IT in Manufacturing


- Request & Monitoring controls from MES to machine ,vice versa


- Knowledge PLC programming, OPCON will an advantage


- Experience with RFID solutions and its interface with MES


- Basic understanding of SQL commands  w.r.t cloud database systems


- Basic understanding ORACLE database


Systems Business Process oriented


- Understand business processes


- Understand pros and cons of requirements and development w.r.t role


- Collaborate with peers and users to implement new ideas and processes.


- Collaborate with customer for business excellence and satisfaction.


Soft Skills


- Ability to use extensively the latest IT communication tools( Skype /MS TEAMS etc.)


- Decent Level in English as Business Language


- Ability to network and communicate with the Process experts


- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills


- Willingness for intercultural cooperation


Support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution System for the production area/lines (parametrization and setup for customer products);


- Ensure the operation, functionality and improvement of the traceability system for all manufacturing steps


- Continuous improvement and process support including interaction between MES and ERP (or other local Systems)


- Develop solutions to integrate with MES based on requirements


- Training, support and consulting about traceability for local users.

- Provide training to end user


- Knowhow sharing in team
