We have an exciting opportunity for  Treasury Manager in our Global Treasury team. You will be responsible for managing banking relationships and supporting the Treasury activities of the business​ 

Contract type: Permanent/Full Time

Salary: 24 Lakh per annum (INR)
Location: India-Chennai

What you'll do:

• Managing the floating rate loan and interest rate swap accruals, along with quarterly interest settlements 
• Maintaining strong controls over the issuance of bank guarantees 
• Reviewing the weekly cash forecast and implications on short-term working capital 
• Ongoing review of the group banking facilities, reporting, and ensuring accurate/timely settlement of obligations 
• Establishing/maintaining good banking relationships 
• Overseeing the stability of Kyriba (the new Treasury management system), ensuring accurate reporting of daily dashboards and using data to identify insights 
• Optimizing cash to the cash pool, maximizing interest receivable opportunities while reducing bank charges 
• Review of banking controls to manage banking access and payment processes 
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth Treasury operations across the group, with 1 direct report 
• Assisting the Head of Treasury with reporting  
• Working with various financial systems and global finance teams 
• ​​1 direct report – Treasury Supervisor​ 

Who you are: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Good understanding of derivatives (FX, IRS, FX forwards) 
• Experience with Treasury risk management (FX, interest rate, credit, liquidity, funding) 
• Experience in FX management and reporting in a multicurrency global company 
• Technology proficient (Treasury management systems, General ledgers, Databases) 
• Good communication skills for managing banking relationships 
• Hands-on skillset to interpret large data volumes 

Education, and Professional Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or other closely related field 
• Qualified accountant or Treasury qualification, at least 15 years of experience
