You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.
You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
To be the single contact point for our customers, service providers + local/overseas stakeholders.
To ensure the delivery of agreed service level for our customer through your operational leadership.
To lead our third party (3PL) operations + other service providers involved in the entire logistics chain, contributing towards customers’ supply chain objectives.
To monitor performance trends + provide operational action plans in alignment with stakeholders.
To support 3PL procurement for new opportunities, onboarding of suppliers/logistics service providers (LSP) for new businesses implementation + work closely with different teams to test IT platforms.
To oversee all system updates within agreed service level agreements+ work closely with control towers to ensure seamless planning + execution.
To support the driving of continuous improvement initiatives to improve supply chain performance + cost to serve.
To define the standard operating procedures (SOP) + guidelines for the operations team to work with.
