The position


As an IT QA (quality assurance) at Novo Nordisk, you will work in collaboration with Manager and/or Senior IT QA for coordinating with IT QA activities for IT systems/services/projects in your assigned tasks/own portfolio. Your responsibilities shall be:


  • Provide IT QA support for System/Service/Project Managers, ITQCs (IT Quality Control), and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure optimal use of quality-related processes and meet business challenges.
  • Ensure fulfilment of Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities and provide IT QA support for IT systems/services/projects, including approval of quality documents, advising on quality matters, and assisting in closing compliance gaps found in audits and inspections.
  • Coach and provide direction for ITQC and SME employees in quality and compliance tasks/issues or stakeholder matters.
  • Act as LOB (Line of Business) QA for DD&IT.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:


  • MSc, BSc, or similar graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT Quality) or accumulated a similar level of insight and experience over an extended period of professional work life.
  • Overall, 7+ of experience, with at least 3 years of practical experience as a quality responsible.
  • Knowledge in GxP areas and good change management competencies.
  • Understanding of Quality and security for IT systems in general.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a political management environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy working environment.
  • Good understanding of Quality and Security for IT Systems in general. Strong knowledge of maintaining a Quality Management System.
  • Good communication skills in collaborating.
  • Having a quality mindset to advice or take decisions in the interest of Quality.

About the department


ITQA is an extended unit of Denmark that supports different system/service portfolios across Global IT and IO affiliates. We are responsible for managing ITQA tasks for corporate GxP IT systems, RPA and parts of PS infrastructure. We focus on providing high-quality services using simple and agile processes to ensure compliance. ITQA team leverages the knowledge and experience of IT and quality assurance to provide three main services: Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Support.
