Purpose of the role:


The Head of Leadership hiring will be responsible for driving the end-to-end executive talent acquisition process in India. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of executive search methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent to drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:


•    Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies and create compelling value propositions to identify and attract top-tier passive talent for leadership positions.•    Partner closely with senior business leadership teams to understand leadership talent needs, define position requirements, and establish hiring criteria.•    Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and online platforms, to build a robust key talent pipeline of qualified leadership candidates.•    Leverage short- and long-term relationships with senior talent pools and communities across the industry. Develop a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple concepts (e.g., community building, business intelligence, leadership talent mapping) to create an innovative sourcing strategy and focus on direct search.•    Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and competency evaluations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit. •    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless white-glove candidate experience. •    Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes. •    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Global Head of Executive Search, People Partners, and DEI leaders, to promote DEI in executive hiring practices. •    Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of executive search initiatives and identify areas for optimization.•    Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of executive hiring efforts, key challenges, and recommended solutions.•    Champion compliance with Worley policies and procedures throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle.


Leadership:•    Provide strategic advice, coaching, and guidance to the Hiring Community, People Team, and key stakeholders on Talent Acquisition activities related to leadership hiring. •    Influence key stakeholders to align expectations with the external marketplace. 


Transformation:•    Support the deployment of the Worley Talent Acquisition model across the region.•    Strive to deliver a "Best in Class" experience for Candidates, Hiring Managers, and other key stakeholders.•    Interface closely with Global Delivery Hubs and Search teams to drive positive outcomes.•    Ensure consistent Talent Acquisition processes across the assigned perimeter in alignment with the Worley Global leadership hiring Operating model.•    Assist with the deployment of TA Evolution project activities and adoption of new models and technologies.


Customer Relationship Management / Resource Planning:•    Work collaboratively with relevant senior stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of CRM processes and strategic workforce planning.•    Partner with Global Team members to obtain key market research information for resource planning activities.


Assessment & Selection:•    Utilize and drive continuous improvements with the Worley Assessment & Selection methodology.•    Provide training on the Assessment & Selection methodology to stakeholders as required.


Employer Branding:•    Market key leadership roles using key advertising and social media channels.•    Promote Worley's EVP and uphold employer brand integrity.•    Provide feedback to branding teams for specific campaigns related to TA activities.


Desirable Technical and Industry Experience:1.    Strong and progressive experience with the focus on leadership hiring2.    Prior experience in executive search firm and Corporate 3.    Prior experience in the industries like EPC, Oil and Gas, Chemicals is advantage
Preferred Qualifications:•    MBA / PG in Management
