Overview The purpose of the role in 2 areas, Spare Part Planning and Master Data Maintenance. Direct a team of one L04 SC Master Data Maintenance Specialist, two L04 SC Master Data Maintenance Analyst and two L05 Spare Part Planning Analyst. Spare Part Planning and Inventory Management PR/PO Management SC Master Data Maintenance Cross-Funtional Collaboration Continuous Improvement Responsibilities Spare Part Planning and Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies for the effective spare parts requirement planning (MRP). Ensure that inventory level is optimized to maintain day-to-day operations. PR/PO Management Leadership: Lead and supervise spare part planning team to ensure PR/PO creation process for spare parts in place after MRP process and ensure spare parts on time delivery at plants without business interrupption. Establish the process and KPIs to monitor and follow up PR/PO outstanding, close PO after delivery completion, invoice tracking and reconciliation with BU and vendors. SC Master Data Maintenance Leadership: Lead and supervise master data maintenance team for master data maintenance process that related to supply chain operation. Ensure data accuracy, on time maintenance and consistency across supply chain systems. SAP : For Production such as BOMs, Work Centres, Production Routings, etc. For Warehouse such as Storage Bin, Replenishment Master, etc. For Logistics such as Route Determination, Transport Zone, Shipment Cost Master, etc. For Spare Parts such as Part numbers, descriptions, technical specifications, inventory classification, etc. JDA ISCP (Integrated Supply Chain Planning System) such as Sourcing Lane, IO parameter, Min/Max Stock Coverage, etc. JDA gTMS (Global Transportation Management System) such as Delivery Parameter, Location Master, Lat & Long, Lane Master, Tariff, Business Hour, Transport Rate, Rate Adjustment based on Fuel Adjustment, Truck Equipment Master, Truck Capacity, Point to Point Distance, etc. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, global procurement, IT and finance teams to align spare parts planning, procurement and SC master data activities with business needs and operational goals. Continuous Improvement: Continously evaluating and refining spare part planning and master data maintenance process and drive ongoing improvement in performance. Initiate improvement to ensure good service level support to ICF SC BU. Qualifications MRP and Inventory Management Expertise: Extensive experience in MRP, inventory management and supply chain management, with a focus on indirect purchasing and spare part management. Analytical and Planning Abilities: Strong analytical skills for inventory planning, coupled with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Leadership in Master Data Management: Experience leading master data maintenance efforts, ensuring data integrity in planning, procurement and inventory systems. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. SAP Expertise: Functional knowledge of SAP modules related to supply chain operations, including Material Planning Requirement (MRP), Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Plant Maintenance (PM). JDA ISCP and gTMS: Function knowledge of JDA Supply Chain Planning and Transportation Management Module. Supply Chain Acumen: A solid understanding of supply chain processes and the critical role of master data in supporting production, warehousing, logistics and fulfilment operations. Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools for effective data analysis and troubleshooting. Strategic Thinker: Demonstrates a strategic approach to procurement and inventory management, focusing on long-term efficiency and cost savings. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams and influencing procurement and inventory management practices across the organization. Problem Solver: Skilled at identifying challenges and proactively developing effective solutions, particularly in procurement and inventory management scenarios. Adaptable: Flexible and responsive to the changing needs of the business, able to adjust strategies and processes as required.
