Job Description:
Experience Required: 5-10 Years
Educational Qualification: Graduate & Postgraduation
Daily LTI operational delivery and issue management and escalation
ServiceNow and Global LTI mailbox query management/responses
EquatePlus account data monitoring, data verification and maintenance
Determine issues requiring escalations to the Global LTI Services Manager for approval
Support LTI communication and participant journey
Identify issue trends and take action to update FAQs, communication materials as well as suggesting technology updates and promotion of Computershare technology & products (e.g., Mobile App; Chat Function)
Collect and analyse participant and HR feedback, types of issues raised and VOC to improve the participant experience
Assist with Q1 and Q3 vesting and grant participant communications, Contact Center and HR Customer Support messages
Support LTI reporting and tax filing reporting
Assist in country due diligence requirements, annual tax filings and/or reporting (working with EY and local stakeholders)
Ensure the smooth delivery of any UK/US/Global statements that may be required - provide data or determine the report requirements to be developed and the process for sharing
Support delivery of the deceased, LTI corrections and quarterly dividend processes
Daily integration process and error management (SARBOX) of tasks and documentation
Monthly leaver releases and term code checks
Monthly/Annual report delivery, including permanent movers, payroll tax funding, end of year transactions and recap reporting
Total Reward file delivery and any other ad-hoc reporting queries
LTI invoicing and cost centre management support
Support HR in all settlement cases providing award vesting estimates and general guidance on LTI policies and leaver rules
