Major Responsibilities:


  • Disciplined execution of day-to-day prod support activities, adhering to ITSM quality & governance controls
  • Application Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
  • Proactively work on initiatives to improve Production stability
  • Ensure technology deliverables are met consistently, with a target of Zero disruptions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Dev, QA and Infrastructure
  • Regular engagement with business stakeholders, client services and product owners
  • People management, Career Development

Experience


  • 12-16 years experience in Production Support (L1/L2). Development experience is a plus
  • Experience in Cloud, Java, PL/SQL, PCF, Micro-services, Dynatrace, APM, Unix shell scripting, Control-M
  • Experience in developing/supporting multi-tiered, distributed, complex systems
  • Experience of managing and collaborating teams globally
  • Experience working in fast-paced Global environment
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology

Required Skills:


  • Expertise in managing ITSM processes like Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Change and Release Mgmt
  • Experience in driving Major Incidents calls, Root cause analysis
  • Expertise in Monitoring and Alerting tools such as Sitescope, Catchpoint, Dynatrace, APM
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
  • Experience working in fast-paced Global environment
  • Excellent communication skills, influencing and stakeholder management skills
