Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Summary

Candidate will look after all VMC Operations functions. Stationed at Pune: EIMC  Meets departmental objectives of quality, cost, and timely deliver. 

Thorough understanding of software development and QA processes, principles and techniques Strong analytical and communication skills.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Can Operate the machine Manufacturing Operations functions.                                                                    
• Implements quality controls and procedures to yield products that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations as well as all BUC quality objectives.                                       
• Implement required documentation to maintain work order continuity.                                
• Handling vendors by offloading requirements, providing training, supervising quality and ensuring timely deliveries  
• Maintains quality service by establishing and carrying out production standards                                       
  Supplies to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, supervising progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Complete day-to- day QA production tasks detailed
• Proper documentation of the tasks performed daily
• Adherence to Management’s instructions and process manuals, workflow structures
• Identify critical issues on proactive basis and customer concern to the management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
 

• Basic And Conventional Toolroom Machines, working and operations                                   
• VMC:  operation, loading fixing, dialing.                                           
• Machine loading and output; utilization. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong analytical attitude with logical reasoning
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines. 
• 
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
   

Education in ITI, DIPLOMA,  CIPET  or Mechanical background.
