Marketing Manager– Thrombis

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

• Implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's more complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets.

  
  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conductmarketresearch,overseeproductdevelopmentanddesign,setprices,launchnewproducts,overseeadvertisingcampaigns,andmonitorsalesperformancetoeffectivelymarketassignedproducts/services.

  
  

• Monitor,analyze,andevaluatedomesticandinternationalmarkettrends,consumerbehaviorandcompetitoractivitytoidentifymarketopportunitiesfortheproduct/service.

  
  

• Monitor,analyze,andevaluateproductperformanceandcustomerfeedbacktogeneratenewproductideas.

  
  

• Identifyproduct/servicechangestomeetcustomerneeds.

  
  

• Liaisewithotherareasoftheorganization(e.g.,production, R&D)toimplementthesechanges.

  
  

• Preparesalesforecastsandbudgets.

  
  

• Monitorsalesvolume,revenuesandcostsagainstforecasts.

  
  

• Adaptplanstoimprovethesalesperformanceoftheproduct/service.

  
  

• Liaisewithadvertisingandpromotionsspecialiststodesignsalescampaignsandsalescollateralfortheproduct/servicethatareeffectiveandappropriateforthetargetaudience.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Associates Degree (± 13 years)

  
  

• MastersDegree (± 18 years) (in Engineering)

  
  

Experience/Background

• Minimum 4 years
