About the role

Location:Gurgaon
Report to: Regional Sales Manger

The role requires someone in Establishing DaVinci Gourmet and other branded beverages in the HORECA segment.

Key responsibilities

• Presentations and tasting sessions for HORECA/Cafe customers.
• Assisting customer on beverage menu’s – Recipes, costing, training staff etc.
• Developing new innovative recipes using Beverage range.
• Maintaining customer data base and build strong relationship with them.
• Staff training of the accounts where product is introduced. Time to time staff training & update on the new recipes developed by us
• Collate feedback from HORECA customers on the product demonstrations conducted every month, Demo reports formats.
• Ensure adherence and scheduled demonstration completion organized by the sales team.
   

Qualifications and skills

• 2-3 years of experience in beverages – mixology/barista/bartender
• Understanding of using/application of syrups/smoothies/sauces and other dry blended products.
• Presentation skills – Power point and basic knowledge of excel.
• Understanding customer requirements & market trends across HORECA
• Preferably Hotel Management
• Should have worked in Hospitality industry i.e. F&B
