Job Description:

1. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job:

The Transactional officer in regional accounting center is responsible for:

• Create and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Onboard new vendors and manage the existing Vendors.
• Perform the activities related to Price discrepancy and Quantity discrepancies.
• Resolve PO related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall process.

2. Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Review entries for accuracy in account coding and banking requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, operations, and quality assurance, to streamline procurement processes and address operational challenges.
• Resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and other employees to resolve PO related issues
• Assist in reconciling supplier statements.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

3. Job Requirements:

• Procure to Pay (E2E) expertize with more than 2 years
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate with the team deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal/external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a  remote environment from a global level whilst continuously retaining ‘an eye’ for the details
• Expertise of SAP- & Coupa , with preference to SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
• Knowledge of e-procurement suites (SAP SRM, Coupa) will be a plus
• Excellence communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (certification will be considered a plus)
