Overview:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the customer requirements and specifications.
• Working closely with the senior engineers and other stake holders to develop plant and controller models for hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Technical and business proposal preparation for advance methods development
• Technical mentoring and coaching of engineers
• Participate in internal CoP and external professional bodies 
• Deliver the results within cost and schedule with quality
• Support creating Standard works, Lessons Learnt documents, Standard Job Instructions and Check lists.

Domain Knowledge & Skills:

• Experienced in 1D or 0D Dynamic plant & controls models for complex mulit-domain (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems)
• Highly experienced in model based design for mechanical system.
• Experienced in model validation/correlation of steady state/dynamic system models.
• More than 10 years of experience in dynamic and steady state Modelling/Simulation skills using object oriented modelling tools like Simulink, Simscape or similar simulation environment.
• Highly Experienced (more 8 years) in Matlab or Python based scripting
• Critical thinker, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Analyze, monitor and improve efficiency, stability of the system
• Assist in the development of proposals for new business that will implement MBSE/MBD
• Interact with US counterparts for close coordination of the project activities.

Optional Skills:

•  Understanding in DO178C, DO331 Process
•  Understand in ARP4754A/B

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical Engineering with a minimum experience of 12 years or Master’s in with a minimum 10 years of experiences
