You will support Autodesk as a Customer Company by ensuring that Autodesk is aware of and takes action to improve areas that most impact our customers' ability to adopt or efficiently use our products. Important measures of success will be improving Product Quality Sentiment measured through NPS and reducing customer incidents. You will manage a portfolio of platform/cloud services, capabilities and APIs that connect across Autodesk products and will collaborate with peers to use data and insights to build business cases to gain agreement for action from development teams.


You are familiar with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, Postman queries, webhooks and public cloud computing concepts. You will have experience synthesising large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns across interconnected systems and build relevant business cases.


You will report to Manager, Product Insights.


You will be based in Bangalore location with hybrid work model. Also open to other remote locations.


Responsibilities
  • Build data-based business cases for product/system changes that result in removal of important barriers for our customers.
  • Build relationships with senior development leadership to establish a collaborative effort in ensuring our customers' most important barriers to adoption and efficiency are addressed.
  • Help with important product escalations and refine/maintain escalation process for assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate across interdependent development teams and platform services teams to achieve shared goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience with Autodesk Platform Services APIs (formerly Autodesk Forge Platform).
  • Experience with Autodesk Technology and Autodesk product APIs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS services.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supporting Autodesk Customers or Developing Autodesk Products.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with development teams.
  • Motivated for continuous learning and improvement.
  • You understand the Industry (where it is going) and our products (where we are today) and can create a Gap analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Experience with building consensus for making decisions.
  • You have empathy for customers AND passion for efficiency.
