[Job Summary]

The Project and Program Analyst will manage various projects within our Data Centre in Chennai. Project Management, or co-ordination, implementation or even operations experience from a Data Centre or similar environment will be ideal but not required. Due to the nature of the projects, we are looking for someone who will be predominantly onsite working closely with the Operations teams, vendors and suppliers – so the successful applicant will be able to run programs well ahead of time and be super organized and a phenomenal communicator.

[Responsibilities]

Planning:

• Creates simple task list for themselves or given the tasks to document in a plan for wider groups or people

  
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Awareness of immediate key collaborators, and with guidance able to identify the needs of collaborators

  
  

Communications:

• Provides personal task and progress updates within their team or project The use of tools and template requires feedback from more senior colleagues which drive learning and development

  
  

Risk Management:

• Is aware of risks and able to demonstrate an understanding of preventative action to minimize risks to their plans

  
  

Project/Program Delivery:

• Supports the delivery of projects/programs by delivering tasks required of them

  
  

Resource Management (people, finances etc.):

• Develops knowledge of Resource Management by assisting others in supervising and maintaining project resources and timesheets

  
  

Customer Care:

• Assigned simple customer deployments to manage through completion

  
  

• Communicates with customers on pre-defined milestones

  
  

• Has a basic technical knowledge of designated products/processes

  
  

• Resolves issues with close guidance from leader/manager

  
  

[Qualifications]

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience preferred·

  
  

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

  
  

• Prince2 or PMP Foundation certification preferred
