About the role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office (PMO). Plan, coordinate, monitor and implement very complex technical and/or non-technical programs to meet organizational goals.

About the team:

• The Tech CoEs are a set of horizontals for Capital Markets helping us bring revenue and savings in our businesses by focusing on emerging and niche technologies. The CoEs include AI/ML, Automation, UI/UX, Performance and Documentation amongst others.
• This role is for a Project Manager to lead the key programs and projects in the Tech CoEs and may mainly be related to Gen AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

What you will be doing:

• Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of and projects within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project timelines, conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for efficient project execution.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies to overcome challenges.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing technical insights, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 15+ years of overall experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and/or RPA projects
• Understanding of GenAI technologies, including ML/NLP, and computer vision
• Proficiency in applying Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage and deliver technical projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello etc. for efficient planning and tracking.

• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.
• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
