Quality Engineer

The new manpower is required for FLowvent Quality Assurance activity.
(We had previously agreed that, additional manpower would be added once the Flowvent enters into the manufacturing serial production phase).

Job Description for Quality Engineer

Educational Qualification / Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical engineering. 5 + year’s of previous experience in a quality control or related position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Quality Control activities for manufacturing process.
• Responsible for Incoming Material Inspection and GRN Clearances.
• Monitoring and maintaining the supplier quality & In-process Quality  performance (FPY) Raise NCR ( Non-conformance Report ) for Supplier and In-process defects.
• Responsible for In-process Inspection / Stage Inspection.
• Implementation of Attribute Charts ( SPC ) in Shop floor. Final Inspection of  Finished Products Prepare 2.2  / 3.1 Certificates for Finished Goods Co-ordinate for retaining certification of  ISO Audits.
• Involve in the new product development.
• Involve in the Process / product Audit.
• Analyze the Quality Issues and Implement Corrective action.
• Co-ordinate for Calibration of all Instruments and gauges across the Organization.
• Maintain all controlled documents and test records in a timely manner.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Quality in manufacturing Industry.
• Good analytical skills. Good English written & Verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge about quality system likes 5-S, 7-QC Tools, 8D report Good knowledge on MS office and presentation skills.
• Ability to read the Drawing and Specification.
• Inspection and testing of manufacturing parts.
• Working Knowledge of Measuring Instruments / Testing Equipment’s.
