Job Description

What you will enjoy doing

Leading and managing Quality function in Contract Manufacturing Plant at our Silvassa location
Conduct training sessions for new team members in the department.
Participate in both internal and external audits and review meetings
Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

What makes you great

Thorough knowledge of Chemical, Microbiological testing of water, RM, PM and FG.
Thorough knowledge of product formulation of cosmetics.
Thorough knowledge of FDA requirements of cosmetics.
Knowledge of testing of rigid and flexible packaging material.
Knowledgeable about Micro daily management and C&D
Ability to address complaints through robust RCA and CAPA.
Should be able to establish required systems in line with GLP, GMP, GDP.
Should be able to manage Quality and system audits.
Ability to write required SOP.
Min 10 Years experience in the field of Quality in Cosmetics Industry
Decent communicator with fluent English.
Conversant with IT application/ MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PPT, Teams etc.
Would be an added advantage if the candidate has software application knowledge like SAP etc.
Good EQ, IQ, presence of mind and common sense
