Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Recruitment Consultant, your prime task will be business development focused where you will hit the ground running in cold calling , generating leads , converting them to clients in the G.C.C region . You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various job positions on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful placements and provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
  • Manage current relationships within the business
  • Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
  • Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
  • Identify job requirements and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific job positions
  • Conduct reference checks and verify employment and educational backgrounds of candidates
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews
  • Facilitate communication between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with candidates
  • Track and maintain candidate and client information in our recruitment database
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of recruitment activities

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
  2. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various job positions
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in the GCC region
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  8. Proficient in using recruitment software and databases
  9. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the GCC region
  10. Experience in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
  11. Sales and recruitment experience is mandatory
