Job Description
- Efficiently manage and execute assignments across India.
- Liaison with third-party consultants, wherever required, to undertake compliances applicable in various States in India.
- Understanding the relevant statutory enactments and carry out the compliances
- Ensure periodical filings under various labour law enactments.
- Participate in the process improvement and record-keeping program and coordinate with internal as well as cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and update compliance calendar, trackers, periodical reports and repositories.
- Tech-savvy (like various ms office tools, other tools etc.)
- B. Com with minimum 7 years experience
