Sales Associate

Objective:

As a Sales Associate, you will be working to publicize the Consulting services of the company and you will be collaborating with a skilled team of marketing professionals to find a traction in our business across the country.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field. 
• 2-4 Years of experience in business development or similar fields is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. 

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
2. Participate in market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities. 
3. Conduct cold calls and follow-up with potential clients to promote the company's consulting services.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support. 
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales proposals. 
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products and services. 
7. Keep track of sales activities, goals, and progress in the CRM system. 
8. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends. 
9. Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring they meet the company's profitability targets.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
