Strategy
- To develop channels in the market which can refer more LAP business through intensive engagement and quick TATs

- End to End log in to Disbursal process. In addition to that, portfolio management in terms of customer query resolution andservice management

- Sound understanding of the various types of risk involved in LAP product sourcing

- Sound sense of ethics expected and adherence to Group guidelines is expected at all times
