Job Description
- Implement and configure CDP components, including data ingestion, data integration, data modelling, data transformation, segmentation and data activation, and identity resolution.
- Integrate CDP with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, marketing cloud, personalization and analytics tools.
- Integrate external systems via API
- Must have an understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure data privacy and security by implementing appropriate measures and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the CDP solution to meet SLAs and scalability requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and business users regarding CDP-related issues and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CDP technologies and recommend enhancements or new features to improve the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient CDP solutions.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 1 yr experience in Salesforce Data cloud (CDP)
- Minimum 3-4 yrs experience in Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CRM
- Have worked on integration of Salesforce Data cloud and external systems
- Good knowledge in Relational Database Concepts
- Hands-on experience in any of MS-SQL, MYSQL, Oracle, Redshift…
Good to have Skills:
- Working knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Personalization or CRM
- Working knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation
- Working knowledge of complicated multi-level business unit set up
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science with >= 7 years of IT experience. With Specialization in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, Database and analytics tools
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
