Job Description

Senior Associate, Commercial Operations


The Commercial Operations team is charged with developing programs and processes that accelerate the firm’s organic revenue growth rate.  We work with executives, business unit/service line leaders and colleagues around the world to promote and facilitate cross-referrals, assess sales data and reward colleagues for successful revenue generation. Our Analysts will provide commercial support to Kroll managing directors and other colleagues around the world on Salesforce and other platforms, responding to inquiries and executing tasks that ensure high data quality and directly impact revenue generation. This role will be in Mumbai and the work timings are Monday to Friday 2:30pm – 11pm IST. 


Day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders to support effective business decision-making.
  • Be a pivotal part of the commercial operations team supporting all the client services colleagues on our global CRM platform Salesforce and other commercial support.
  • Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives.
  • Prepares project work for quality review by shift supervisors.
  • Assesses data requests submitted by users and responds or escalates as appropriate.
  • Supports additional revenue generation programs beyond Salesforce such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Performs research assignments related to CRO programs as necessary.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Essential traits:


  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and other advanced features.
  • Proficiency in internet research to verify company and professional information through open resources.
  • Knowledge of online databases such as Capital IQ that contain company profile data preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • 5+ years of experience working independently and with diverse teams
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Willing to work in UK shift as per business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
