About the Role:


In this opportunity as Senior Customer Trust Analyst – Customer Audit , you will: 


  • Prepare responses and evidence for customer security engagements that reflect the status of a security policy, practice or control.


  • Organize materials for presentation and storage for additional engagements.


  • Ensure engagement tracking meets program requirements


About You:



You're fit for the role of Senior Customer Trust Analyst – Customer Audit if your background includes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.


  • Years of Experience: 5 - 10 Years


  • Record engagement notes and action items for customer sessions.


  • Meet with our customers to support virtual on-site audits and respond to enterprise and product level questions.


  • Build upon the Information security knowledge-base and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Support the automation tools already being used and identify solutions to increase their utilization for research and population of relevant information.


  • Support and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters Information Security posture.


  • Operate as a key contributor to Information Security Assurance processes for Customer Trust.


  • Deliver responses and services of inquiries consistently and accurately.


  • Collaborate with domain experts, peers and partners; and business or technology leaders across the Thomson Reuters enterprise.


  • Partner with stakeholders and team members to collect and track process data to improve customer experience with Thomson Reuters.


  • Populate the internal knowledge management tool with product level information in a structured approach to enable data mining by partnering with stakeholders.


  • Respond to customer questionnaires in support customer requests and report on status of initiatives to all levels in the organization.


  • Communicate audit findings to the wider business including product management and engineering teams.


  • Report on current state and identify control gaps to support remediation of findings.


  • Contribute to and achieve business and departmental goals and objectives.
