Essential Functions

- Lead and oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the software development team.

- Drive implementation of software engineering best practices and quality assurance processes.

- Design and develop software solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

- Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide innovative solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Lead and participate in agile development methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Experience in a leadership or senior engineering role.

- Proficiency in technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Node.js, Python, or Golang.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
