SAP Consultant for Governance and Compliance in the SAP Support team is acting as Global Technical Owner for all Legacy Systems (Landscape N20 + PL2/PL3). He/she is responsible to support with his/her Team the SAP Functional support Team in Validation and Regulatory questions. This role covers the support of creation of validation documents, checks if these documents maintains and signed in the correct way, take care that storage will be done correctly. Additional it´s necessary to create periodical reviews and attend as technical owner in case of an audit. This role uses knowledge about GxP and Sox regulatory, IT background and good communication skills.
Interacting with Global BO´s, SAP functional support consultants of different areas, Business Users and representive of Compliance department
Working according to pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance regulations enforced by TEVA policies and procedures
Understand the validation rules of different system and consulting SAP functional support group in case of change or new creation of documentation.
Follow up on open validation activities and finish this together with Business Counter Partners and SAP expert
Execute yearly review of the SAP system
Help with SOX`s reviews (e.g. yearly authority role check)
Representive as Technical System Owner in case of an audit
Act as the main focal point to the Complaince department and work on process standardization and improvement
Maintain policies and process manuals
Compile and create periodic operation Performance reports to inform management and other stakeholders
Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge
Knowledge about GxP, Sox Prozesses
Experience in Validation and Documentation in Pharma Industry

Must have solid interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions
Successful experience working in a team environment and with a multi-disciplinary and global team
Pharmaceuticals industry experience and knowledge a plus
