The FLSmidth People Service & Technology is formed to support all the HR processes and services to our employees globally. As Senior People Analyst, we will count on you to engage, connect and collaborate with Leadership Business Partners and other people function colleagues all over the world to provide data driven insights enabling implementation of people strategy and make clear business decisions. This is an opportunity to develop impactful people analytics that drives diverse organizational performance.
 


Your responsibilities


  • Advanced Data Management: Create and manage datasets from disparate sources including People Information Systems (PIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), surveys, and external databases such as social media and other internet platforms. Perform advanced analyses using tools
  • Statistical Analysis and Reporting: Use statistical techniques such as regression analysis, factor analysis, t-tests, decision trees, ANOVA, and forecasting to solve business problems. Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Build Dashboard: The Analyst creates in depth Dashboard that helps the Leadership Business Partner to drive meaningful conversations with the business and helps to achieve the organizations Goals.
  • Engagement Survey Analysis: Analyze Engagement Survey data to assess employee satisfaction and organizational culture. Provide data decks with insights at an overall functional level to guide strategic initiatives within functions.
  • Decision Making and Problem Solving: Demonstrate high proficiency in decision-making by gathering extensive data, conducting thorough research, and presenting recommended solutions to all parties involved. Utilize predictive analysis to forecast trends and outcomes.
  • Strategic Analysis and Recommendations: Identify, design, and perform complex statistical analyses and make recommendations on complex people issues.
  • Research and Data Synthesis: Use a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods to gather, analyze, and interpret data across multiple sources, aligning this data with business initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Support: Partner with internal People Centers of Excellence (COEs) and works with the People Analytics team to ensure quality and smooth flow in daily tasks, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Compensation Team: Work closely with Total Compensation Colleagues to ensure best design, review and execution of compensation plans for line of business.

What you bring
 


  • Master’s degree in a relevant field. Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HRIS and/or Analytics Specialist Experience
  • Preferably CIPD Certified
  • Technically proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Presents data in a narrative format and with solid story lines. Excellent in PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Proven experience with people data analysis and reporting in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft excel, Microsoft Power BI, Workday, Microsoft Office, Copilot.
