Mission Context:
As a Transition Manager, you will manage end-to-end execution of process transitions across geographies, ensuring readiness in terms of people, infrastructure, technology, and operational stabilization.
Role and Accountability:
- Lead the transition of Manufacturing & Supply chain processes, focusing on Quality sub-processes.
- Must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in leading Quality sub-process transitions.
- Must have minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in leading end-to-end transition activities across geographies.
- Oversee project management for multiple projects, from planning to execution.
- Utilize analytics experience and strong business skills for problem resolution.
- Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
- Previous experience in the service industry with exposure to managing large customer groups is a plus.
