Mission Context:
This is a project position within CHC Global Business Services (GBS), aimed at leading the transition to the Target Operating Model for the CHC COE Transformation Project. As a Transition Manager, you will oversee end-to-end execution of process transition activities across geographies, ensuring readiness in terms of people, infrastructure, technology, and operational stabilization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition to the Target Operating Model, managing execution and readiness across geographies.
- Break down the strategic roadmap and build process and hub-wise transition plans.
- Conduct due diligence workshops to design global process flows.
- Establish process metrics, identify KPIs, and monitor performance targets.
- Share best practices and drive fit-gap sessions for process optimization.
- Review end-to-end process performance and identify improvement projects.
- Mitigate risks associated with transition activities and ensure completion of key deliverables.
- Serve as a local response partner to the Project Core Team during implementation.
- Lead regular governance meetings with stakeholders and align regional transition to the overall roadmap.
- Provide regular progress reports and conduct stage gate reviews at milestone events.
