The role is a software engineer within the Product Development & Engineering tech center, within the Engineering Center of Excellence. 


The daily work will be done in the value stream Colleague Lifecycle and the Human experience Management team. The value streams goal is "We empower our people and leaders with efficient tools to plan, attract and retain the best colleagues for current & future needs by providing experience based innovative & sustainable tech ecosystems".


  • We are looking for SAP CI Integration developer with SAP SF EC and HR experience in our HXM team.
  • We need someone that can plan, drive and execute activities related to integrations. This role will work closely with receiving(target) systems. It’s important to be able to understand integration solution, best practices, integration tools. We are looking for someone that can work agile and take end-to-end responsibility for development, operations and implementations.

Work Tasks:


  • Drive integration related activities.
  • Provide integration expertise.
  • Understand and analyze integration requirements and apply best practice methods.
  • Provide validation of integration
  • Integration testing
  • Handle integration incidents and development requests.

Qualifications

Technical Competence:


  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration tools, such as Integration Centre, Employee Central Compound Employee API, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central OData API and SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP SF
  • Good understanding of integration designing concepts, principles and SF guidelines
  • Must have good knowledge on data models of SAP SF EC and expertise in SFAPI & ODATA.
  • Interface Implementation experience where SAP SF EC as source and working with both SAP & Non-SAP as target system
  • Create custom integration flows based on requirements - implemented Cloud to On-Premise, Cloud to Cloud Integrations
  • Created integration Processes from Scratch with exception handling.
  • Used JSON and XML conversions, Groovy Script, content modifier, request-reply, multicast, router, process call, Local integration process, exceptions sub-process, encoding, Splitter/Gather and Join
  • Experience in setting up authentication methods (basic, client certificates, Oauth) and Used Message Mapping and Content Modifiers for transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of office-related automation tools: PC, word processing, spreadsheet etc

  • Experience from working agile is very beneficial.
  • Straightforward and open minded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team player as well as good ability to work individually
  • Good to have experiences of working with offshore/onshore teams
  • Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Take own initiative. Seize opportunities and be-proactive
  • Analytic and excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English

This is a full-time position, starting in March 2024.
