Job DescriptionOverview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning Administrator. The Learning Administrator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of various learning and development programs within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach, innovative thinking, excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams in a multicultural environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Providing training owners with consultancy services for learning setup, updates, assignment, support, reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate the setup and scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing and providing support as needed.
  • Assist to maintain training attendance and participation, tracking progress and providing reports to management as requested.
  • Innovate new methods and strategies for delivering training content to enhance the learning experience.
  • Foster a customer-first focus by ensuring training programs meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements in the processes and systems.
  • Support the evaluation of learning initiatives, collecting feedback and data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain learning management system (LMS) records, including course content, user profiles, and completion records.
  • Assist with initiatives, projects and other duties as assigned while demonstrating independence and initiative in managing multiple tasks/initiatives/projects simultaneously.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training initiatives across regions.
  • Ensure compliance with process and system requirements, as per the policies and guidelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Three years minimum of experience in the profession as a SuccessFactors Learning module administrator.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on learning and development preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Experience with Validated LMS is preferred.
  • Experience with uploading various course content (SCORM, videos, documents, and other e-learning, course authoring software is a plus.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and e-learning development tools is a plus.
  • Certification in training administration or a related field is desirable.
