Sr. Engineer (Safety)

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree & Diploma in Safety (NEBOSH Certified will be preferred)
• Experience:  7 - 9 Years
• Industry: Real Estate/ Residential/Commercial Buildings/Healthcare/ Hotel or any relevant sector
• Functional Area:  Project Management (Safety)

The candidate must have

• Experience of working in Residential, real-estate projects, commercial, Hotel, retail projects / similar project will be preferred.
• Be a team player and good coordination with the team members.
• Basic understanding of safety principles, risk assessment techniques, and applicable safety regulations
• Conversant in EHS Plan, Reporting of EH&S activity. Should have knowledge on Civil, Structural, and MEP services related safety hazards & protection measures.
• Working knowledge of project management best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate safety procedures and reports.
• Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and propose appropriate safety measures.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the safety initiatives of the organization.
• Ability to navigate stressful work situations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure when necessary and ready to travel from time to time as per the requirement.
• Any digital app-based application knowledge (if any)
• Adept at MS Office applications
