What You’ll Do and the Impact You’ll Make: The Operations support specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations management for Talent Solutions Group business unit at Rightpoint for a global team. The member will:
Managing and coordinating Onboarding activities for our team for global customers
Setting up New Project Requests (NPRs) and acting as Project Coordinator to set up and report on the project status
Budget tracking of various projects and providing insights
Maintaining team data and administration
Team skill matrix of ever-growing global team and coordination
PowerPoint updates for customer governance calls etc.
Prepare engagement quality reviews and using appropriate quality assurance procedures
Highlight risks and Rightpoint’s exposure
Identify "follow-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific client engagement
Coordination of trainings and BU related administrative tasks
Technical Understanding
Possesses general understanding of PMO support activities like resourcing, staffing, budgeting etc.
Good hands-on MS Based tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint and creative tools for representations
Able to understand and deliver on the requirements from senior management on day-to-day basis
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Computer Science (preferred) or related field
Minimum Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills between both the customer and all levels within the organization are required
Knowledge of finance and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required
2-3 or more years of project coordinator experience
Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management
Must be motivated with a focus on delivering
