As a software architect, you will lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment. You will design creative solutions to real market problems. You will work closely with other partners such as product and marketing managers, designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve the efficiency of the solution, working in an agile/scrum environment. These applications are fully developed at the Pune R&D Center and are used globally in hospitals and cancer centers.

Responsibilities:

• Design & implement hybrid systems/applications (cloud native and on-prem) for data driven organization using modern technologies, framework & big data analytics.

  
  

• Make decisions about on-prem & cloud-based hosting and development environments.

  
  

• Drive full CI/CD implementation for the products under your responsibility.

  
  

• Simplify and communicate complex software architectures.

  
  

• Have a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive.

  
  

• Able to work independently and fully hands-on with cutting edge cloud technologies, especially, Microsoft Azure Cloud.

  
  

• Work closely with various stakeholders & executive leadership and be able to articulate complex solution design, domain & technology road maps.

  
  

• Continuously maintain expertise and information related to system architecture by participating in internal forums and events

  
  

• Write and review high as well as low level design specifications for the project.

  
  

Qualifications Required:
BE, MSc, MCA in Computer Science or related disciplines.
 

Number of year’s related experience: 8-12 Years

Knowledge / Skills:

ESSENTIAL (minimum requirements)

• BSc degree in computer science, Master's degree in computer science , computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  
  

• Strong capabilities gained through demonstrable professional working experience as an Azure Developer/Architect.

  
  

• Strong capabilities gained through demonstrable professional working experience with Python and/or .NET.

  
  

• Strong capabilities gained through demonstrable professional working experience with Azure CLI or PowerShell.

  
  

• Strong object-oriented programming skills

  
  

• Good experience with Azure Identity Management and Access Control Management and Role-based security.

  
  

• Should have experience in cloud native as well as on-premise system design.

  
  

• Familiar with Azure debugging and testing.

  
  

• Familiar with Hybrid Cloud Architecture.

  
  

• Evolution Logical Data Warehousing / Securing Data.

  
  

• Serverless / Azure Container Instances container orchestration.

  
  

• Azure SQL Scaling: Dynamic Scaling (vertical, horizontal), tuning, etc.

  
  

• Manage Cost vs. Scaling vs. Failover of the Azure Infrastructure.

  
  

• Monitoring System (Core, Deep, Infrastructure, Application, Shared).

  
  

• Ability to setup CI/CD pipelines both on-prem and in the cloud. Experience with mixed scenarios e.g., CI on-prem CD on the cloud.

  
  

• Familiar with SCM technologies like TFS and Git.

  
  

• Strong capabilities gained through demonstrable professional working experience of developing and maintaining SQL and ETL processes.

  
  

• Relational database skills and experience in Dimensional modelling, Star Schemas / Kimball.

  
  

• Experience in SQL as well as NoSQL database technologies.

  
  

• The ability to translate business visions into illustrated technical design solutions.

  
  

• Comfortable with liaising with stakeholders, to resolve issues, whilst also having a proactive attitude to work within a fast-paced environment.

  
  

• fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

  
  

DESIRABLE (not essential, but highly advantageous)

• Certification as an Azure Architect Expert (AZ-303/AZ-304) is good to have.
