Summary:

The Coaching Practice is comprised of credentialed International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Coaches who provide one-on-one and team Coaching in order to accelerate development.  We create the space for our people to achieve their full potential through Coaching resulting in self-awareness and impactful change.  We are purpose-led and values-driven and are elevating coaching as a core component of our talent strategy.

As a Coach and key member of the Coaching Practice you will:

• Provide top quality individual, group and team coaching aligned to the purpose and vision of RSM (80% of your time)
  • Help your clients strategically and proactively drive their careers and leadership journeys forward
  • Be an expert in your field, maintaining an ongoing understanding of key industry trends, best practices, and innovation and incorporate this into our coaching operations and our coaching practice
• Work in collaboration with the Coaching Leader and others to develop and drive our RSM Coaching strategy, build a center of expertise and drive best practice approaches to Coaching globally (20% of your time)
  • Work with other members of the talent community and business to refine and adjust our coaching strategy and align with the ever-changing needs of the business and our leaders
  • Identify high-level trends and themes to inform other parts of the business, such as learning and Talent Management, to enhance the overarching development and experiences of our talent
  • Connect with the business and key stakeholders to understand the needs of the firm and our leaders and parlay this knowledge into innovative and creative solutions through the lens of coaching
  • Identify ways to enhance the coaching offering including digital solutions
  • Share and lend knowledge and expertise to other parts of the business, including facilitation utilizing Coaching in workshops

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant work experience in a professional services
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a certified Coach
• Coaching accreditation remains current (ICF certified)
• Experience in coaching leaders in large, global, dynamic, and complex environments with a deep expertise in leadership development or human behavior
• Team coaching will become more important as we continue to grow and expand the practice, as such training, certification and experience with team coaching would be beneficial
• An avid learner and active participant in continuing education and coach supervision
• A willingness to travel; regularly working across time-zones, and the flexibility to deal with a diverse set of clients, advisors, and colleagues around the globe
