Job Description
  • Support in building organizational processes (global service center) to help run the business smoothly and efficiently. Collaborating closely with the relevant teams to achieve high quality of data processing / business metrics and enablement of operational data accessibility and analysis.
  • Supporting PMO head to define and implement the project management governance model and associated roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage project plans (process transitions, small-scale system implementations and other business projects), highlighting upcoming milestone dates, tracking progress and communication to the stakeholders (end to end project lifecycle).
  • Ensure actions, issues, and risks are identified and effectively handled.
  • Support monthly operational metrics review process across divisions.
  • Prepare communications within the project and to external business partners (MOM’s, action logs, dependencies etc.)
  • Work extensively with leadership team to build customer communications while coordinating with respective divisions to gather relevant details / success stories

Qualifications

What we are looking for


  • 5-7 years’ experience as PMO support.
  • Familiar with the various project execution lifecycles
  • Proficient with MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, tenacious and assertive, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong familiarity with operational metrics, reporting mechanism and governance module
  • Solid commercial focus - sensitive to business needs and requirements but also solution orientated
  • Possess general business analysis and problem-solving skills

Minimum qualifications / must have


  • Graduate degree (any), followed by MBA
  • Proficient in MS Project tool
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel (must have), PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills bother verbal and written
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
