Job Description
- Allocate computers/laptops etc based on pre-defined criteria and maintain records independent of IT/Finance databases.
- Allocate seats based on pre-defined criteria and maintain the records independent of FM records.
- Collate new joiners information received from P&O/disciplines and coordinate with IT and others to ensure machines with necessary applications and access are delivered upon their onboarding – against checklists
Install/configure applications under guidance of Engineering Systems. - Maintain records of locally procured engineering applications and renew licenses as necessary in coordination with IT.
- Generate periodic/adhoc reports from any of the above.
- Coordinate with discipline secretaries / others as necessary on specific tasks assigned.
