The incumbent in this position will be responsible for achieving sales targets by promotion and sales of Essity India range of products in the territory and also manage relationships and work effectively with customers & stockists.

Delivers sales in line with Essity India targets in the territory for all products ranges.
Builds and manages trusting relationships with physicians, nurses/health technicians with a focus on long-term relations.
Creates a pre-call plan using SMART objectives & effectively evaluates sales calls and documents post-call.
Combines product and therapy knowledge with relevant selling skills during sales call; sells by appropriate use of currently approved sales aids.
Effectively handles objections/concerns; consistently gains a logical, reasonable call to action/close on every sales call.
Continuously engages with Essity India appointed Distributors to increase market sales in the geography.
Negotiates with distributors on margins and creates a win-win situation for both.
Engage with distributor representatives and internal teams to provide support in liquidation of stocks.
Graduate (any field)
Good product knowledge, customer knowledge, market insights and competitor information.
At least 2 years of experience and expertise in engaging with doctors and using promotional material to sell products
