Job Description
Responsible for regularly maintaining all machines and equipment at the factories to ensure the proper continuity of operations with minimum machines failures and ensuring that all equipment and machines are kept in good shape. Roles & Responsibilities
• Read and interpret engineer blueprints .
• Install new production equipment .
• Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines.
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades .
• Conduct routine electrical maintenance and safety checks on all Factories and Plants equipment and machines.
• Attend machine breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve with minimal downtime
• Communicate with the production team and maintain a clean work area .
• Assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wire, equipment, appliances, and apparatus .
• Fix and repair malfunction equipment, appliances, and apparatus .
• Construct and fabricate parts, us hand tools and specifications .
• Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics .
• Advise management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus .
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
• Work may require:
• Performing physical activities (for example: moving machines).
• Working in high temperatures.
• Working in shifts (OnCall 24hrs).
Requirements• High School Diploma or professional certification in Electrical works.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or related field .
• Mechanical background is preferred.
