Job Description

Marketing Coordinator



Sector: FMCG



Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Work alongside the Trade Marketing & Distribution team and communicate the launch mechanics prior to each launch.
Support area brands team with the creation of all communications for launches and reinforcements as well as help manage the delivery & dispatches of all POSMs & Touch points for the launch.
Support area brand team in submitting a comprehensive Agency Brief outlining the objectives of the launch in line with brand toolkit yet relevant to Iraqi consumer.
Initiate NPI Briefs and support brands team with product briefs ensuring correct packaging and product elements.
Support area brands team with research briefs and relevant SOBs in relevant provinces ensuring correct market readings.
Closely coordinate with the team to follow up on the performance and track changes while ensuring a quick response time to address any change, issue, gap, etc. while contributing significant data to CPM and AMLT forums.
Ensure understanding of consumer trends, market size, and how segments are changing on a quarterly basis.
Demonstrate Ownership of Iraq Market through relevant launch tasks.
Ensuring all BSE spend is in line with set Budgets.
Ensure market / performance ownership through regular market visits that help capture learnings for better management of the business.
Getting creative under increasing restrictions within dark markets while ensuring adherence to International Marketing Principles and specific market regulation with no incidents reported.
Shadow BDE of annual budget and BSE phasing and effective management of supplier payment process, including on-time raising and release of POs, invoicing and GRNing
Ownership of Brand Profitability including full understanding of all elements affecting it to have a full comprehensive view when it comes to making decisions/recommendations with regards to each brand.
Timely and accurate Target forecasting for CE, Timely and Correct reporting for the CE promoters, implement most premium outlets for CE activation, establish efficient and accurate reporting system for CE, make sure BAs are working up to BAT standards which help communicate brand equity and brand knowledge to consumer.
Attempt to break through the HoReCa scene while internally providing budgets, to create business cases with TM&D team which will help BAT attract needed untapped consumer base.

Requirements:



Bachelor degree in business management. Fluent English, Kurdish & Arabic. Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Trade and FMCG Field. Advanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge.

Working Conditions:



Office based role - 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
