Job Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants.
  • Provide excellent service and assist merchants with solving related issues.
  • Identify possible business opportunities and new leads.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with all company departments, to ensure an optimal merchant/business experience.
  • Conduct meetings with merchants on and off site.
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies.
  • Continuous follow up with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Resolve issues, problems and complaints encountered by merchants to maintain a positive business relationship.
  • Provide after sales services/support for merchants.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English Language.
  • Good Microsoft office skills.
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to multitask
