Aramex offers a full-time opportunity in Amman in the department of Associate Product Operations - E-commerce Plugins.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Product Support: + Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers using e-commerce plugins, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
+ Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize bug fixes and improvements based on customer feedback and user needs.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
Product Development Collaboration: + Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to assist in the planning, design, and development of new Ecommerce Plugins features and enhancements.
+ Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements.
+ Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes to ensure the plugins meet high standards of functionality and usability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide product insights, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to the creation of sales collateral.
+ Communicate effectively with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure alignment on product goals and successful execution of development tasks.
Competitor Analysis: + Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics related to e-commerce plugins, and provide insights to guide product strategy.
Process Improvement: + Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize internal processes.

B.Sc. or higher in MIS, BIS, AIS, Software Engineer, Computer Engineering. 0-2 years of product management experience building supply solutions for logistics or E-Commerce business verticals. Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and plugins. Mainly Shopify, WooCommerce/WordPress, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop, and BigCommerce. Able to work in a dynamic and changing environment. A proactive attitude is necessary. Excellent at troubleshooting and problem-solving. Strong task and result-orientation. Knowledge of different types of software testing. Analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Team spirit and strong communication and presentation abilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Agile, product, and project related certifications is a plus.
