Job Description
What you will do:
- Own Operational Skill Matrix for their technology area and train & qualify operators.
- Actively participate in Daily Direction Settings meeting (helps to analyse data, formulate actions, and set priorities for the day through LIR).Improve CIL & Centreline parameters.
- Conduct root Cause analysis in place for his/her area via FI tools.
- Make sure that PM and Process Control Strategy exists.
- Remain a high-quality standards of her/his technology area.
- Spend 80~90% of the time on the floor (Supporting (coaching), observing and troubleshooting).
- Act as a main technical expert for his/her technology area.
- Participate in corporate trainings and other trainings as per skill matrix.
- Set Area workplace standard and coach and qualify equipment owners’ others to follow it.
- Use change management process in his/her technology area.
- Share and re-apply learning with/from other PE in his/her technology area internally and externally
- Provide input and participate to design reviews of her/his technology area.
- Participate in start-up activities (Meeting, IQOQ, FIT, etc.) for her/his technology area.
What you will need:
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Native English language.
- Entry level of coaching and leadership skills.
- Entry knowledge and understanding of equipment and process in own area.
- Entry knowledge of operating and safety procedures and standards.
