- Description: We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with a background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, and a proven track record in the Manufacturing, Paper and Cardboard, or Cement Packing industries. With a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of production processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor and propose effective resolutions.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in production performance.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on best practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in Manufacturing, Paper and Cardboard, or Cement Packing industries.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
