- Description: Responsibilities:
1. Conduct quality control inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to optimize manufacturing processes.
3. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Monitor safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
5. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents.
6. Train employees on safety procedures and protocols to promote a culture of safety awareness.
7. Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with OSHA and NEBOSH standards.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control and safety reports for reference and analysis.
9. Provide technical support and expertise on mechanical engineering aspects related to quality control and safety.
10. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in Cement Packing or Paper/Cardboard industries.
3. Professional certifications in safety such as OSHA and NEBOSH.
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and their application in quality control and safety.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inspections and documentation.
7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
8. Proven track record of implementing successful quality control and safety programs.
9. Dedication to promoting a culture of quality and safety excellence within the organization.
